Yellowstone is the first National Park and so far my favorite. It's loaded with wildlife and natural beauty. I've been there twice and can't wait to go back. I could spend months there exploring with my camera.

I love visiting the Great Smokey Mountains in the the fall when the trees are at their peak and the bull elk are bugling. I love taking photos in the Great Smokey National Park. The views are spectacular.

Shenendoah National Park is bursting with cascading waterfalls, spectacular vistas, fields of wild flowers and quiet wooded hollows. It's haven to deer, black bear and songbirds, there's so much to explore. The autumns here are absolutely breathtaking!

Photography helps me look at the world in a different way. Because of photography, I notice shapes and patterns that nobody else seems to notice, and I want to photograph them! I seem to pick out leading lines, or naturally occurring frames in the landscape.
I truly believe that photography helps me enjoy my surroundings more. I have a new appreciation for the beauty of the earth, and I love sharing the beautiful places I go and the wildlife I see with others who may never seem them except through my photos.
Photography has become a way for me to be present, mindful, and more deeply connected to the world around me.

I have a difficult time choosing my favorite photo. It is a similar task to choosing my favorite song, or favorite food. It's not easy.
I find that the photo that might be my favorite today will change by next month, and that is because I tend to get attached to the most recent photos I have taken. With that said, this photo is my favorite this month...haha. By next month I hope I will have taken a new photo that I love even more!
I love my camera deeply—not just as a tool, but as a constant companion in my journey through life.
It's been with me across continents, capturing moments both grand and intimate, giving me the power to freeze time and tell stories through light and perspective. From quiet alleys in old towns to sweeping mountain vistas, it has helped me see the world more clearly and express the way I feel about it.
